This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the websites, mobile applications, digital products, and services (collectively, the "Offerings") owned and operated by Agniverse OÜ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Estonia (European Union). Our Offerings include, without limitation, ConsumerXAI Playbooks, consulting services, Agniverse Media, Handler, Flamme, DatingX, Backed, DBG, the Creator Handbook, and our arcade games, as well as any future products or services we may offer.
By purchasing or using a paid Offering, you accept this Policy. Please read it carefully, as it explains when sales are final and the limited circumstances in which a refund may apply.
We sell only digital products and services — for example, digital playbooks and downloads, consulting and done-for-you services such as Agniverse Media, and in-app purchases or subscriptions within our mobile applications. Because we do not ship physical goods, there are no physical returns, shipping labels, or restocking processes.
Because we provide digital content and services that are made available or begin immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete and access or performance has begun. This includes digital downloads, playbooks, consulting and service engagements, and paid in-app features once they have been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or otherwise started.
Under EU consumer law (including the Consumer Rights Directive), consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, this right does not apply to digital content or services that are supplied immediately where you have given your prior express consent to that immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
When you complete a purchase, you expressly request that we begin providing the digital content or service immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once we begin. Accordingly, we do not provide refunds for digital content or services that have been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or begun.
Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed and managed by those platforms under their own terms and refund policies. We do not control, and cannot directly issue refunds for, those transactions. To request a refund, or to cancel or manage a subscription, please use the relevant store:
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
Nothing in this Policy limits the mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. If digital content or a service we provide is faulty, materially defective, or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies required by law (such as repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund where legally required). We may, at our sole discretion and as a goodwill gesture, grant a refund or credit in individual cases. Doing so does not waive this Policy and does not create an obligation to do so again. We may decline or reverse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
