For clarity, the Apps currently include, without limitation, Backed, as well as any future applications or services we may develop, operate, or publish. By accessing or using the Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Apps immediately.

Not Intended for Children:
the Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under these ages. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@agniverse.co so we can take appropriate action.
