See how Media worksOrganic TikTok, paid TikTok and creator seeding are three different jobs
Organic accounts
A team posts every day from many accounts and keeps what travels. You judge it on views that turn into installs, then on the users who stay.
Paid TikTok
Spark Ads and in-feed ads. You pay for reach, and the agency manages bids and creative. inBeat's TikTok page is this job: it recommends starting at $50K a month in ad spend, or $10K to $15K for smaller businesses, and that is media budget, not its fee.
Creator seeding
One-off posts from influencers on their own accounts. Quick reach, but no repeat testing of hooks.
If you want paid management, inBeat is on this list for that reason. The rest of this page is about organic.
Which TikTok marketing agencies for apps run organic accounts
"Organic" here means the agency posts creator videos to accounts every day and lets the feed decide what travels, rather than buying the reach. Prices and claims read from each company's own site on 8 October 2026. Scroll the table sideways on mobile.

What each one is best for
Three that run organic TikTok for apps, grouped by the job you are hiring for.
Agniverse Media
RetainerBest for: Consumer apps that need views that convert and users who stay
An operator-run UGC agency for consumer apps. Founder An Nayal built Flamme, an AI couples app, to 53M organic views and 200K users with $0 paid before Arya acquired it, and the same system now runs for clients. Each real creator posts one video a day for 30 days, cross-posted to TikTok and two more channels. Accounts are company-owned and we hold the logins. Everything is optimized for conversions first, then retention.
Heads-upFive clients a month, so there can be a wait. Programs start at $10,000 a month. Organic only, so not the pick for a paid-only plan.
Moburst
HybridBest for: Apps that want UGC inside a full app-marketing team
An app marketing agency with a network of TikTok and Instagram Reels creators. It says its creators post on the brand's own channels rather than their own, and quotes a 10-day turnaround including revisions. It describes itself as a TikTok Key Agency (its claim).
Heads-upUGC is one service among many, and it publishes no price or posting volume.
House of Marketers
RetainerBest for: Apps that want organic TikTok, creators and paid under one roof
A TikTok growth agency that works with mobile apps and brands. It runs organic brand-profile content, creator partnerships, TikTok Shop and paid amplification together, and lists a 250K+ creator network (its figure). Co-founder Inigo Rivero was an early TikTok employee.
Heads-upOrganic is one line inside a mixed retainer, and no price is published.
Volume, infrastructure, paid and DIY
A creator-volume program, posting infrastructure, a paid TikTok agency and a research tool, each a different model, with the caveats where they matter.
The Viral App
RetainerBest for: Apps with product-market fit that want creator volume
A creator program for B2C mobile apps. It recruits 5 to 60 creators who post from fresh TikTok and Instagram accounts, 300 to 3,600 videos a month, on a 90-day system that hands the playbooks to your team. Named clients include Invoice Fly and Hevy.
Heads-upIt reports views, CPM and installs. No published price, and the default ending is a handover after 90 days.
TokPortal
MarketplaceBest for: Teams that make their own content and need accounts to post from
A marketplace for managed TikTok and Instagram accounts. Local operators create and warm accounts for a niche and publish content you supply. Plans run from $49 a month for one account to $195 for up to eight; 20+ accounts is a call.
Heads-upInfrastructure, not strategy. The hooks, scripts and creators are yours, and its analytics cover views and engagement, not installs.
inBeat
RetainerBest for: Apps that want paid TikTok ads managed
A paid TikTok advertising agency that pairs ads with organic content through a separate service, and reports CTR, CPA, ROAS and hook rate.
Heads-upPaid-led. It recommends starting at $50K a month in ad spend, which is media budget on top of its fee.
Handler
SoftwareBest for: Running it yourself: researching hooks and formats in your niche
Free hook and script tools and a free library of viral app UGC to research your niche before you brief anyone, with paid plans from $39 a month, or $29 a month billed yearly.
How many TikTok posts a month does an app need?
What our three programs publish:
| Program | Real creators | AI TikTok accounts | Unique videos | Total posts a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Operator | 5 | None | 150 real | 450 |
| Operator Plus | 10 | 3 | 300 real + 120 AI | 1,020 |
| Operator Max | 30 | 10 | 900 real + 400 AI | 3,100 |
The rule behind it: each real creator posts one video a day for 30 days, cross-posted to TikTok and two more channels, and each AI account posts twice a day on 20 weekdays.
For comparison, Flamme ran 19 creators and 4,228 tracked videos over seven months, about 600 a month, or about 32 per creator per month (derived from the campaign board). There is no universal number. Volume buys more tests, and more tests find the hooks that carry.
Fresh accounts or the creator's own accounts?
Fresh accounts start at zero followers, so the platform judges each video on its hook, not on the account's history. We call this Fresh UGC (the market also says Canvas UGC; the naming is explained in Tech UGC vs Canvas UGC vs Fresh UGC).
| Creator's own account | Fresh account | |
|---|---|---|
| Audience on day one | The creator's followers | None, the feed decides |
| Who owns it | The creator | The brand side (at Agniverse Media, company-owned, and we hold the login) |
| What a flop costs | The creator's reputation with their audience | One account, retired |
| What it needs | The right creator | Volume, to find a winner |
Either way, a paid creator has a material connection to your app, and the FTC's endorsement guidance applies. Ask your agency how it handles disclosure.
What running 10 or more accounts a day involves
Someone writes the briefs, creators film and post every day, someone reviews the numbers every week, and one person owns the scorecard. Our weekly loop is kill, mutate or scale: a hook that is not working gets about 30 videos before it is retired, and on Flamme only 6.5% of production went to hooks that died.
Ask any agency before you sign
- How many accounts per creator, and who owns them?
- What is reported every week, and does it go past views?
- What is the kill rule for a hook that is not working?
- What is the price floor, and what does it buy in posts a month?
- What happens at month three?
- Which app clients can you name, with a store link?
- Who is on the account in month two?
- How is disclosure handled on paid posts?
What seven months of Flamme looked like
One app, one category, our own. A single case, not a rule.
- The first two months added about 1.2M views combined. The third added 3.5M. The early months look like nothing.
- 8 of 34 hooks drove over 85% of the 53M views (TikTok 26.0M, Instagram 17.7M, Facebook 9.3M). Nobody could have picked them in advance.
- The best angle returned about 8.6x the views per video of the worst.
- Day 30 retention moved from 0.8% to 50%+ over the same period, and Arya acquired the app.
How to tell whether organic TikTok is working
Views are cheap to report. Ask for installs, then for how many of those users are still there at Day 30. Our planning range for view-to-conversion is about 0.5% to 2%, on the UGC benchmarks page.
Slideshows and other formats
Slideshows are a format, not a separate service. Agniverse Media makes TikTok slideshows for client apps alongside video, and they have worked for us. Whoever you hire, ask for app examples with view counts, and whether slideshows post from the same accounts as video.
How this list is built
Six companies that either run organic TikTok for apps or get compared with those that do. Each company's model, price and claims were read from its own site on 8 October 2026; figures a company reports about itself are labelled as its own. We left out creator marketplaces, creator-side job pages and TikTok's own partner directory. Found a fact about your company that is out of date? Tell us and we will fix it.
