Every number we see, you see. In your stack too.
Every client gets a live dashboard and a Monday report in Slack from the first post. If your team already lives in its own analytics, we push the same data there, so you can chart UGC next to signups with your own SQL. Nobody on your side has to build anything.
What every client gets by default
Included for every client. No setup on your side.
A live dashboard
A private link that refreshes through the day. Content posted, total views, hooks tested and hooks scaled, views over time, breakout posts, the full experiment board and a changelog of every hook we scaled or killed, with the reason. Download it as a file whenever you want.
A Monday report in Slack
Every Monday morning, in your Slack. Last week's views and posts, likes, comments, shares and saves, the top hooks linked to their videos, what worked and what we're changing this week. A person on our team reads it before it goes out.
Your signups on the same chart
Connect PostHog with a read-only key, or send a CSV, and your signups sit under our views on the dashboard. You pick the metric. We match it to your own dashboard's number before we show it.
Views by platform, with your signups on the same chart
Sample chart. Illustrative data, not a client's numbers.

Your stack, not ours
Big teams don't need another dashboard. They need our data next to theirs. Integrations are scoped on the call. Tell us what you use and we wire it up in your first week.
Push: our data into your tools
| Tool | What moves | Access we need | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Data API and CSV export | The full feed as JSON, any time | Read-only token we issue you | On request |
| PostHog | One event per post plus daily view snapshots, and an annotation on every publish date | Project key (write-only) | On request |
| Mixpanel, Amplitude | The same events through their import APIs | Project token | On request |
| BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift | A daily table load your BI tool reads like any other table | Service account on one dataset | On request |
| Google Sheets | A sheet that refreshes daily | Shared sheet | On request |
Pull: your numbers onto our dashboard
| Tool | What moves | Access we need | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| PostHog | Events or data warehouse tables, with your own filters | Read-only personal key | Live |
| CSV upload | Any metric, by day | None | Live |
| Mixpanel, Amplitude, RevenueCat | Signups, trials, subscriptions | Read-only service account | Live |
Something else? If it has an API, ask on the call.
What's in the data feed
One row per post per day. Plain columns, so your data team can join it to anything.
date- Snapshot day
post_url- Link to the live post
platform- TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook
creator- Creator handle
angle- The angle being tested
hook- The opening line
hook_status- Testing, scaled or killed
posted_at- Publish time, UTC
views- Total views at snapshot
likes, comments, shares, saves- Totals at snapshot
How we line it up with your numbers
Agreed in week one, before the first post goes live.
- We agree the one number that decides whether this worked. Signups, trials, demos or pipeline. One, not five.
- We connect to where that number lives, or push our data to where your team already looks.
- We match spikes. When a post takes off and your signups move within a short window, the dashboard shows it. When they don't line up, it shows that too.
- We suggest two cheap signals if you don't run them yet: a "how did you hear about us" option for TikTok or Instagram creators, and branded search volume.
Organic attribution is never perfect, but we do our best to get it right. We show you where the lines meet and where they don't.
Security
Encrypted to the standard an enterprise security review expects.
Encrypted at rest.
Every key you give us is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it's stored. Only the server that syncs your data can decrypt it. All traffic runs over TLS.
The narrowest key that works.
Read-only to pull your numbers. Write-only to push ours. We never ask for admin access.
Revoke it any time.
Rotate or delete the key on your side and the sync stops. Nothing to cancel with us.
Your data stays yours.
Your dashboard is private to your team. Your numbers never appear on another client's dashboard, and your name stays out of case studies unless you ask to be in one.
