What does UAE Corporate Tax Registration Skill do?

• Walks the whole form. Taxable Person profile, entity and licence details, business activities, owners and authorised signatory.
• Uploads your documents. Each PDF goes into the right field.
• Knows the traps. The file uploader that silently drops files, the mandatory landline field, Emirates ID validation and the auto-calculated first tax period.
• Stops before you sign. It never ticks the legal declaration or submits. You read the review screen and submit yourself.

What it will not do

• It never types your password or an OTP. You log in yourself.
• It gives no tax advice and decides nothing about your tax position.
• It will not push past a warning that your licence is already registered under another account.

Who is it for?

A UAE company, mainland or free zone, that has to register for Corporate Tax. New companies must register within 3 months of incorporation, and the late-registration penalty is AED 10,000.

How do you set it up?

You need:

• An AI agent that can control a browser: Claude Code with browser tools, OpenAI Codex or similar.
• A free EmaraTax account at eservices.tax.gov.ae.
• Trade licence, certificate of incorporation, MOA, and the Emirates ID and passport of the owner and signatory, as PDFs.

1. Gather the documents with the checklist in the repo.
2. Log into EmaraTax in your browser yourself.
3. Drop the folder into your Claude Code skills directory, or paste SKILL.md into the chat.
4. Answer the agent's questions as it fills the form.
5. Read the review screen, tick the declaration and submit.
